About Allied Health

Allied health services complement GP and nursing care by supporting practical health goals — like improving mobility, managing diabetes, maintaining healthy feet, supporting good nutrition, and caring for vision and hearing.

At CHAC, allied health services may be delivered by CHAC staff, visiting clinicians and external providers. We work with you and your GP team to support your health plan and help you stay well in the community.

Bulk billing: CHAC services and programs are bulk billed. Some visiting services may have different arrangements — reception will confirm when booking.
